The Board of Trustees of TnT Ministries are delighted to announce that Rory and Kim Bell have agreed to take over the running of TnT from Trevor and Thalia Blundell. They have three children, Emma (6), Aidan (3) and Nathan (2).

Rory and Kim are from Midrand, South Africa, where Rory is currently general manager in the family furniture business. He is also a lay minister at Christ Church, Midrand (Church Of England in South Africa), which has about 940 members. He is responsible for the children's work and trains adults extensively in how to do children's ministry; he also developed and runs the children's ministry stream at Johannesburg Bible College.

Rory will be returning to the UK in January2009 to attend The Bible-Centre Youthworker 7 conference at High Leigh.

A number of the details still need to be resolved, but the current plan is for Rory and the family to move to the UK in summer 2009, where they will work alongside Trevor and Thalia for a few months before taking over the running of TnT.

The Trustees believe this is an excellent appointment. We thank everybody who supports TnT for their faithfulness in prayer over what has been a lengthy process, but we are sure we have the key personnel who can take TnT forward to the next stage. We would also very much appreciate prayer for a number of outstanding issues, for example:

•     Immigration status of Rory and Kim
•     Residential and office accommodation
•     The optimum church attachment
•     Education for the three children
•     A successful handover period with Trevor and Thalia

Most importantly, thank and praise God for his wonderful provision for us!
